Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I am excited to journey with you into a healing and comforting space so you may feel joy and hope. I first became aware of my intuitive and psychic gifts when I was about 4 years old. A tiny, butterfly sized, light being came towards me in our garden while I was picking daisies. I knew it was a very special being and I was enchanted. The being told me I could see it and hear it, and that I must believe in myself. It has taken me decades to accept my gift for communicating with the spirit world. Over my lifetime I have encountered many spirits, thankfully, all of them have been loving and filled with light. In my late 30s I began to do readings spontaneously when I felt moved to do so.

 

It wasn’t until I have the privilege and honor of attending a Blackfeet Horn Society Akokatsiin (Circle) Ceremony that I truly began to understand my gift. At the ceremony, I had the honor of dancing with a sacred bundle. That experience revealed to me the vastness of my connection to the spirit world and also the sacredness and importance of that connection. I received a name at that ceremony as well, Aahsowawanie, which means Flies Above. I am so grateful that my life path led me to a 15 year career of working with all of Montana’s tribes in the education field. If I had not been led to work with the tribes, I wonder if I would have ever been in the right place at the right time to be invited to participate in such a tremendously powerful and meaningful event. It was transformative and utterly life changing.

 

In the three years following that ceremony I went from accepting my gift to being booked locally with clients all based on referrals. Flies Above Messaging is a manifestation of my purpose to ease suffering through love and compassion. I just happen to also be able to communicate with those who have passed over. I am also able to use my experience as a Reiki Master Teacher to provide treatments and teach others how to use the incredible energy that reiki has to offer.
